On February 28, 2023, 1tph palm oil processing plant and laboratory equipment and double-head oil filling machine have ordered by a Nigerian customer from Henan Glory Company.

On December 29, the customer from Nigeria sent an inquiry for the first time. The Nigerian customer first said that he needed palm oil processing plant but had a limited budget. Our sales manager first recommended the simple three-piece palm oil processing plant set.

From January 6th to 9th, the Nigerian customer said he wanted a more complete palm oil processing plant, and our sales manager recommended a simple 1tph palm oil processing plant, but it exceeded his budget. And there is no digesting tank in the simple 1tph palm oil processing plant, and he still wants to add a digesting tank because his friend who makes palm oil said that the effect of adding a digester is good, but the price will be higher after adding it, so he has been making negotiation with us.

On January 10th, the first online video conference was held between us, and the Nigerian customer have been asking questions about the strength of the company and understanding the shipping and paying counterparty parts. In addition, the sales manager explained the simple palm oil processing plant to the customer and make it clear to the customer that if the customer adds a digester and replaces the palm oil pressr, the cost will increase by a quarter.

On January 11, the second online video conference was held, and the palm oil processing process was explained in detail to the customer. However, due to the limited funds of the customer, the sales manager suggested not to add a digester since the digesting tank is not a necessary equipment for small palm oil processing plant. After communication, it was decided to make a quotation first, plus laboratory equipment and double-head filling machine. The Nigerian customer made it clear that they will not purchase equipment before March, and start building the factory in March after the general election, and expect to purchase equipment in April.

From January 13th to 31st, the Nigerian customer and our sales manager have been keeping in touch and communicating about discounts. At the same time, Nigerian customers are also constantly trying to find ways to apply for US dollars to the bank to solve their funding problems.

On February 8th, the Nigerian customer took the initiative to ask for our company's account information to prepare for the first payment at the end of the month, and pay 20% in advance. The customer is not in a hurry to produce equipment, and the production can be done in the fourth quarter.

During the period of February 9th-26th, the sales manager followed up the situation of the customer's site from time to time. Finally, the Nigerian customer paid on February 28, and we received the bill the next day. Now, palm oil processing plant is currently being prepared for production and delivery.
